Although quite different, Yin & Restorative yoga can be quite complementary and both amazing tools for curious yoga students and teachers.

The Yin component will be taught by Dawn Batenchuk, a senior yoga teacher of 20 years and a student of Bernie Clark. The Restorative component will be taught by Dede Monette, Founder of Tofino Yoga and senior teacher with over 2 decades of teaching experience.
